Technical partners
They may support integration, installation, configuration, local support or qualified recommendation of an ARIEL-IA technology when relevant.
ARIEL-IA is gradually building a network of technical, institutional and mission-aligned partners. This network is not intended to become a conventional sales channel: it is based on trust, loyalty, competence, sovereignty and respect for the Charter.
ARIEL-IA works in demanding fields: AI, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, transmission, sensitive data and civil protection tools. These topics require trusted relays.
ARIEL-IA partners may contribute to the responsible diffusion of an idea, the integration of a tool, support for an organisation, the transmission of skills or the implementation of a project compatible with the association’s purposes.
Such collaboration never implies loss of control over technologies, licences, strategic assets or sensitive decisions. ARIEL-IA’s sovereignty remains central.
A partnership is therefore not a simple commercial label. It is a relationship of trust framed by the mission, the Charter, the statutes and the procedures specific to each project.
Not all partners act at the same level. ARIEL-IA distinguishes roles in order to avoid ambiguity.
They may support integration, installation, configuration, local support or qualified recommendation of an ARIEL-IA technology when relevant.
They contribute to transmission, training, digital inclusion, awareness, protection of people or projects compatible with the association’s mission.
They may be associations, foundations, public bodies, administrations or organisations sharing objectives compatible with those of ARIEL-IA.
They work on a specific project: ARCAN, free tools, cybersecurity, digital infrastructures, energy, water, documentation, training or research.
They may help make a tool or initiative known, without promising any licence, validation or decision that belongs exclusively to ARIEL-IA.
They provide occasional expertise, analysis, audit, documentation, feedback or useful support.
The partners listed below are mentioned as trusted or technical partners identified within the current ARIEL-IA dynamic.
Mr Alain Farrugia
CEO of NOVUSVIA
NOVUSVIA is part of ARIEL-IA’s trusted network as a partner associated with a responsible approach to innovation, strategy and impact-oriented projects.
This relationship is based on trust, complementarity and potential contribution to projects compatible with ARIEL-IA’s mission.
Mr Simon Thémiot
Founder of PrivCloud Sharing
PrivCloud Sharing offers a secure file-sharing solution oriented toward confidentiality and end-to-end encryption.
The collaboration with ARIEL-IA naturally fits within a logic of complementarity around secure transmission, protection of sensitive files and inter-organisation exchanges.
The partners mentioned on this page receive no automatic delegation of delivery, licensing, signature, governance or strategic decision-making authority on behalf of ARIEL-IA.
Any collaboration remains subject to the statutes, the Charter, internal procedures and the validations specific to the projects concerned.
Sensitive technologies carried by ARIEL-IA, including ARCAN, require a particularly clear partnership framework.
Technical partners may recommend ARCAN when relevant, support an organisation, install or configure a tool when this falls within their scope, or provide local support.
However, they are not authorised to promise licence delivery, negotiate validation terms, modify ARCAN, redistribute the tool, access the forge, keys, internal mechanisms or sovereign generation and signing procedures.
The production of executables, signing, licence generation and delivery decisions remain exclusively under the control of ARIEL-IA.
ARIEL-IA favours serious, documented, coherent collaborations compatible with its mission.
Every partner must respect the principles of humanity, ethics, sovereignty, transmission, sobriety and protection of life.
A partner must not present ARIEL-IA, ARCAN or any associated technology in a misleading, excessive, commercial or inaccurate manner.
A partner may not promise a licence, validation, acceptance, technical access or any decision that belongs exclusively to ARIEL-IA.
Sensitive, technical, strategic or personal information obtained within a partnership must be protected.
Any collaboration may be suspended or revoked in case of drift, conflict of values, breach of sovereignty or serious violation of the Charter.
No partner, group, client or sector should become structurally essential to the continuity of the association.
Clarity protects everyone: the association, partners, beneficiaries and technologies.
A relationship with ARIEL-IA does not automatically constitute resale, a franchise, affiliation or a distribution channel.
A partner does not legally represent ARIEL-IA unless a written, limited and explicitly defined mandate has been granted.
Partnership does not grant automatic access to keys, forge, licences, sources, internal procedures or sensitive decisions.
Partnership requests are reviewed manually. They must be compatible with the mission, Charter and governance of the association.
To propose a collaboration, please clearly describe:
A clear, sober and precise request makes evaluation easier. No favourable response should be presumed before explicit validation.
The ARIEL-IA network must help us go further, without weakening the mission, sovereignty or ethical standards that define the association.
