Our path
A trajectory shaped over time
ARCAN did not emerge out of nowhere.
Since 2023, ARIEL-IA has been working on artificial intelligence — its real-world uses, its limitations, and above all on how to orient it toward what it can offer humanity at its very best. In 2024 and 2025, this work took shape through an ambitious project: MONIA NEX-1.0, a General Augmented Intelligence designed for agent-based medical AI and the security of patient health records.
To address these critical challenges, we designed and developed several advanced modules — QSS, SST and SYNCHRONA — which remain cutting-edge technologies in their respective fields. These modules remain under our control and continue to evolve according to our ethical, technical and human requirements. The AAA module will represent the next step in this trajectory.
In the autumn of last year, the technological partner selected for MONIA chose to continue development with human and technical resources beyond those we had at the time. This decision, both necessary and fully assumed, aimed to enable the completion of this large-scale medical project, while pursuing a shared objective: using AI for what it can offer most meaningfully — medical progress, knowledge sharing, and structured access to collective knowledge, notably through WAIK-B.
Within this context, ARIEL-IA continued its path with the same coherence: bringing forward concrete, immediately useful tools, aligned with a clear ethical vision.
ARCAN was born from this continuity.
